Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Camino Bloom Atelier at descubrircamino.bond and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Online courses: 7-day refund if less than 20% consumed. In-person labs: refundable up to 14 days before start, minus venue fees. Certain specialty events may be non-refundable; details appear on the course page.

Course access

We grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal or team educational use. You may not resell or publicly distribute course content without permission.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or disrupt services.
• No unauthorized copying or sharing of content.

Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Camino Bloom Atelier or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

We provide educational services “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific business or financial outcomes. Some courses require physical activity; participate responsibly and follow safety guidance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Cancellations and changes

We may modify schedules or instructors to maintain quality. If we cancel a course, we will offer a refund or transfer to a comparable session.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
